The vitrified tiles are easier to clean and needs low maintenance. The digital vitrified tiles are produced using one of the most excellent techniques, such as the dust pressed method from the fine clay that makes digital vitrified tiles thick, waterproof, fine-grained and even, with a sharp contrast formed look. The porcelain or the digital vitrified tiles generally have a significantly lower rate of water absorption, which is round about less than 0.5% as compared to the ceramic tiles that formulate them frost resistant or frost-proof. The digital vitrified tiles are manufactured when there is a coating of a stipulated coat of silica in the liquid mode on to the vitrified tiles. The method plugs micro or nanopores on the surface of the tile, which makes it even and smooth. After the nanomaterial coating on the vitrified tiles, these tiles are known as the digital vitrified tiles.

The double charged vitrified tiles are particular types of vitrified tiles that have two layers of tiles .The first or the upper layer of the tile is pressed through a hydraulic press machine that embosses textures with a dual-layer of colouring or tint . Double charged vitrified tiles have a thicker profile, as compared to the other tiles, of around 3mm to 4 mm of thickness. The manufacturing and embossing process of the double charged vitrified tiles does not allow the printing of the intricate designs and textures. Although they are blessed with wear-tear resistance tile surface that makes them best suited for heavy traffic areas.
